Flu season is officially here, and our David Raines Mobile Health Unit is already seeing cases of influenza, strep, and COVID. Keeping our students healthy and in class is a top priority — but we need your help!
Our goal is for 70% of students to have a completed consent form, and right now Kerr Elementary is at 18%. Please take a moment to complete the quick and convenient QR Code consent form (available in English and Spanish). ✔️
🆓 There are NO out-of-pocket costs for any medical services provided through the mobile unit or school-based health center.
