HMS cheerleaders hosted all cheer squads from Bossier Parish on our campus for NCA Cheer Camp.
HMS received superior ribbons for their evaluations in chant, cheer, and band chant!
11 girls were nominated for NCA All-American.
Cheer captains Claire Jackson and Bree Carmack were awarded leadership awards.
Kodie Lee was awarded the Pin It Forward award as a stand out camper exemplifying why the world needs cheerleaders!
Big Congratulations to the HMS Cheerleaders for winning the Herkie Award recognizing them as the top team in leadership, teamwork, and good sportsmanship!
HMS Mascots also participated in NCA camp and were awarded many awards for their Spirit and Commitment to building school culture!

Due to the Gym being closed through July 16th, HMS Volleyball practice will start on July 17th, 8-10. Check your school email for the summer schedule. Updates are also posted on the HMS calendar.

- Please remember when you enter HMS we have two routes. If you have your paperwork completed, you will go to the right side and enter the express lane.
- If you are unable to print the paperwork, you will enter on the left side and will be provided the paperwork. Please don't drive and fill it out the paper. We have a designated spot for you to do that safely.
- Make sure your paperwork has all the children's names and scan codes on them.

Registration for all Bossier Parish students begins today, July 8. All new and returning students in grades K-12 are required to complete the registration process for the 2024-25 school year. To learn more and begin registration, visit www.bossierschools.org/page/registration.
HMS School Store will close Monday, July 8. Please make sure you have completed your order. Sweatshirts, long sleeve shirts, and jackets are only available on the website. There will be a very limited amount of t-shirts available at school.

🦸♀️Fuel your summer superhero with free, nutritious meals that Bossier Schools will be offering weekly starting June 11 at four drive-through sites. 🦸♂️
Any child 18 years of age and younger is eligible. Each box will contain seven shelf-stable breakfasts and lunches.
Parents or guardians will need to complete a registration form for each child. Simply scan the QR code on the graphic or visit http://bit.ly/4bIbKjf to register.
Once registration is complete, meal boxes can be picked up between 9 a.m. and 1 p.m. every Tuesday until July 30 at either Benton Middle, Haughton Middle, W.T. Lewis Elementary or Parkway High School.
